Have recently been having our pool cleaned through this company and due to it being winter I have been paying a fortune to have the pool heater on so that the kids can still use it and have fun and night swims. However whenever this company comes out to clean the pool they turn off the heater so I pay a fortune to heat it up and then they turn it off. Absolutely useless had a service booking today didn't even turn up....so I ring secretary she said she will call him...he still didn't call...useless waste of a whole day...
team in the shop helpful but pool service guy was terrible (Will). He was on his phone most of the time. I'm wondering if he is getting paid by the hour and milking it. When i went in the shed to see how he was doing he was on his phone. then I looked out after a while and he was behind the shed out of view on his phone again. when i asked him for some advice on how to keep the pool maintained and clean he was so in a rush and said, i have to go now.
