My partners initial impression was that the staff were helpful and keen to get us on track with our new pool. Unfortunately today I had a very unpleasant interaction with a member of staff who arrived at my property at the incorrect time, then when contacted told me “customers should know that we can’t arrive perfectly on time”. Was then told he’d “ have to turn around I guess”. What an appalling level of service this franchisee provides. The periodic minimal attendances on our pool are one concern, the fact we booked in a summer clean for our return from holiday that was ‘missed’ and the rescheduled date resulted in a non- attendance is another concern at an altogether different level. The guy was friendly and helpful but he was there alone so I had to wait a fair while to pay while he helped other customers

I was very impressed with the service and the cleanliness of the pool when I arrived home from work. I only wish a report was left of what was done so I know what I need to do going forward (or not what I was doing). I will certainly be using Poolwerx at Tusmore again and they have my strong recommendation.
