I would not recommend getting any Hayward product through poolwerx. It would be the most painful experience you have ever gone through trust me!!!! Stay clear!! After several months we requested a full refund on the faulty product we had installed and that is where i went wrong (new heat-pump). The faulty product finally got picked up on the 30th of October @ 10.55am and i am still waiting for my full REFUND !!! As of today 09/11 6.47pm. Why is my refund being held hostage??? Job was paid for in full prior to anyone attending - i supplied all salt and chemicals and on the day the wrong filter was brought even though I provided photos when booking. I left my garage open for them to come back only to come home to a dirty pool, all lights red showing pool chemicals aren't correct and garbage left for me to clean up. Then sent an extra bill. What a joke! Don't bother wasting your time with Pool Werx

It has be great that business is doing so well!!!! I mean why wouldnt you look after customers...or is there another reason? They were supposed to keep us updated about coming to service our pool....sadly they didnt , we rang to find out that its a stock take day.....how would we know its not like you let us know.!!!! If you are in a customer based industry maybe you should try and look after them.Wont be back!!
Called past regarding a fault with a relatively new pump. Dani helped me by getting in touch with the pump rep so I could submit repair under warranty. Dani went above and beyond considering the pump wasn’t purchased through poolworx and I had not attended there shop before. Awesome customer service. I will be back as a regular.
