This morning realized our chlorinator wasn’t running, just the filter circulating the water. Went down to Poolworx Waikiki and explained our situation and had taken photos as the whole pool thing is a bit new to us. The lovely ladies there explained all our options, from the easiest being a blown fuse, to a full replacement of equipment. So knowledgeable and helpful. Well imagine our delight when it was just a blown fuse, under $10 fix and the pool is as good as gold. Can’t rate them more highly
Highly recommend this store at Waikiki Rachel I had a great experience at Poolwerx Waikiki. Rachel provided beautiful customer service and was extremely helpful explaining what products my pool needed. She made me feel very welcome and was friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time she took to help me understand how to look after my pool properly. Highly recommend their service!
I would not recommend getting any Hayward product through poolwerx. It would be the most painful experience you have ever gone through trust me!!!! Stay clear!! After several months we requested a full refund on the faulty product we had installed and that is where i went wrong (new heat-pump). The faulty product finally got picked up on the 30th of October @ 10.55am and i am still waiting for my full REFUND !!! As of today 09/11 6.47pm. Why is my refund being held hostage??? Job was paid for in full prior to anyone attending - i supplied all salt and chemicals and on the day the wrong filter was brought even though I provided photos when booking. I left my garage open for them to come back only to come home to a dirty pool, all lights red showing pool chemicals aren't correct and garbage left for me to clean up. Then sent an extra bill. What a joke! Don't bother wasting your time with Pool Werx
Called past regarding a fault with a relatively new pump. Dani helped me by getting in touch with the pump rep so I could submit repair under warranty. Dani went above and beyond considering the pump wasn’t purchased through poolworx and I had not attended there shop before. Awesome customer service. I will be back as a regular.
