Pool Robot not working, taken to shop, problem diagnosed, repaired under warrenty and collected all in one week! Great communication and excellent service.
The Wavell Team do monthly pool service and the lads are always friendly and helpful. Generally they just come in, do the service and go but call out if they have any infomation to share.
Our pool was always cloudy even with a robot, constant attention and pumping plenty of money into it for chemicals. It finally went a deep green. We converted our chlorine pool to mineral salt with new system and pump. We got excellent advice, fantastic service at an excellent price. Wayne worked his magic and in a couple of weeks it now looks like this. Big callout to Wayne, Pat and Mark. Many Thanks.
The bloke opening this store lacks ANY Social Quotient. Door open. Music on. The bloke / owner looks at me like I’m an intruder (looking for a part) and chastises me that he doesn’t open for 45 minutes. I’ll take my money elsewhere (forever).
Excellent service, great price, and outstanding communication. The team at Poolwerx Wavell Heights helped identify and rectify a leak in a pool at an apartment block. They quickly identified and fixed the leak while on site. The team has access to electricians, tilers, renderers, and of course, pool technicians. They can identify leaks, maintain pools, and also larger jobs. I'll be using these guys for all upcoming pool projects that I can 👍 great stuff
