Had the displeasure of dealing with their customer service. They did a service and promised to come back after finding the right part to fix my pool and never came back. Followed up again and they again didn't come back. Followed up a 3rd time and was treated with such disdain. Was spoken over. Wasn't listened to. Was told it's my problem. Was told they've changed systems recently and have no records from before September 2024 available (really???) I voted with my money and will not be shopping here.
We were selling our home and the pool water was not clear. After trying many chemical options, Frank identified how to fix it. He then rescheduled his work the next day to install a new filter so the pool was ready for open homes. Outstanding service and we are very grateful. I would highly recommend this business. Blown away by the old school service here. My pool vacuum was broken so I took it to Poolwerx at 4:30pm on the 29th of December.... Expecting that I'd drop it off and pick it up sometime in the new year. Frank (the owner) dropped whatever he was doing and spent 30 minutes on a quick repair.... And wouldn't charge a dime for his time and efforts. Definitely recommend this place and will be going back as needed
I want to thank Frank and his team for the recent replacement of my pumps, filter and chlorinator and new heat pump. I was provided with excellent advice and a great range of products to suit my needs. The installation was tricky due to a tight location but the guys persevered and got it all done quickly and neatly. I'll be making Poolwerx West Penno my regular pool shop from now on. Good work!
I have been using Poolworx West Pennant Hills for some time now and have always been very happy with their advice and service. Recently had a need for installation of a new skimmer box and replacement of sand filter sand with glass crystals. Two of the Poolworx team, Gerry and Andy were sent by the Poolworx owner (Frank) to do the work. They were prompt, did an absolutely marvellous job and we’re so professional in carrying out the work.
