I was shopping around for a new pool pump, I wanted to upgrade to a variable speed pool pump in order to save on energy cost, I looked around did my homework. These pool pumps are pretty expensive. Tim was excellent! Explained everything very clearly, did a great job on the pool motor installation and was very punctual.
Our experience with Tim from Poolwerx Weston was top notch. When our pump starting making loud noise I reached out to Poolwerx and spoke with Tim. I explained the concern and gave him some background, he listened to the noise over the phone and we were able to preliminarily diagnose the likely issue was a worn impeller and diffuser.
