A charge of $9.99 billed as "Regulatory Compliance Fee" on my first fill. When I questioned the fee, I was told, "That fee is to ensure we follow and are compliant with all regulations." So, you're charging me $9.99 to make sure you are following the rules? ...crickets...When my one year contract is up, I'll be changing to a different propane carrier. Don't fall for the inexpensive first tank.
Excellent service for supplying propane gas; however, my accounting experience was less than optimal. I routinely pay my bill as it relates to meter charges and administration fees. My most recent invoice included fees for the renewal of a "maintenance contract".
