The building is great. Always clean and well lite. If I've ever had to call, the staff are super friendly, helpful, and very professional. Ive had my unit nearly 2 years now and if you have storage needs, this is the only business that I would ever recommend just because their customer service is unmatched.
This place was available when needed ..thankful for that .. the main thing I wasn’t to impressed with was making you carry ins .. I have ins on my belongings .. I didn’t provide that information as I was moving things into storage I didn’t have information handy so I did not upload it and they charged me 10 dollars more on my storage .. it should be optional but the web site that you have to pay on didn’t give you that .. Very clean unit when I got it no leaks or bugs inside
PB Climate Controlled Storage has been a blessing to us. We've had to store our belongings for longer than we wanted to. That said, we are finally getting our stuff into our new house and nothing is ruined because of heat, there are no bugs and no signs of rodents. Mind you, there are places where we wouldn't be able to say that. Units are good sized for the price and the people are great to work with.
24-hour access very convenient, renting storage immediate response to issues or questions will recommend this facility to everyone
