I got accepted for a unit today! The assistant resident manager Zeze at 4613 portage place apartments was absolutely amazing, she was extremely helpful with assisting me and my partner fill out our applications, making sure all information was correct, and made sure to call and update me consistently during the process. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and has been extremely pleasant person to work with through this process. Especially with dealing with applying for apartments, she was a breath of fresh air. I have had a new resident manager almost every year I have been here. Updates to the building have been done in the past that have left work unfinished. (Window updates have been left with unfinished work, my patio railing has been damaged twice by outside workers on two separate occasions) Nothing is done about these issues when I had reported them in the past. Snow removal service always piles up huge mountains of snow in front of my patio (which happens to be a fire route)
Let’s give 5 stars. Newest pet german shepherd just poop poop and the owner is so nice not even bother to pick it up. Hope the landlord doing sth. Update!! The poops are all over the green area! Most disgusting
The people above me kept stomping on the floor and making noise all day. The kids upstairs were constantly screaming. They said they were going to move me to a different apartment but they didn’t. I finally had enough and just moved out.
I would not wish this place on anyone they evicted my mother she was to be out on the 31st of July because her place was not up to there standards she then got depressed witch ended up making her kill herself in her apartment at 4613 portage rd #3 then they gave me 4 days to make sure her apartment was empty there was no im sorry take your time getting everything out no they said nope you MUST be out by the 31st of July Trish was great but other then that I would not move here if you gave me rent free for a year thanks this ... read more
