The building is kept clean. The snow is removed quickly. The place is quite quiet and a nice place to call home

Personnels are helpful and the unit is clean. The only thing that I got disappointed was the cooking range, it is not the same as what in the showroom. They said the unit would be exactly the same as what is shown in it. I will be happy and satisfied if it changed to glass top as it is very easy to clean

We have issues in our suite , which I took pictures of& sent to office . No follow-up from office ‘ no one from maintenance came to inspect . This was last December . Also our outside plug-in was damaged by snow removal company & I had pictures . Same as before no flollowup & Maintenance never checked plug in . I’m very disappointed in the Management Staff . The units are very hot probably due to the halogen lights in the bathrooms. Even during the winter, windows had to be open to make it bearable. Summer is unbearable unless you install your own AC unit. Also, we pay for a dedicated parking spot but often have to park in visitor parking because our spot is taken. On a positive note, during our move in walk through, there were several repairs needed along with a fridge replacement. These issues were handled very efficiently.
