This place is better than the majority of places. If you are looking for a place that doesn't have drama, or crime, or package thefts, move here! The resident manager is amazing, and responds to any issues immediately. I feel safe here. I feel as though my truck and motorcycle are safe in the outdoor parking. My dog loves living here too! Our move-in went very smoothly. Thank you. After six months living at Portifino Suites, I would say it has been very peaceful and feels like home. It is comfortable and the staff are very responsive and when I had a few things break down when I first moved in were very prompt to fix them. Thank you!
What's not to love .. I have a sunny balcony, close to shopping, and public transportation in a very nice neighbourhood .. Perfect. Please, Please, Please, Do Not Increase My Rent.
It was an okay place to live. Underground parking was in only one of the buildings so you needed to exit one building and into another to reach your car underground. They raised the rent each year we were there which eventually squeezed people out of there. They were horribly understaffed, very hard to get a hold of anyone for important events. They were nice enough apartments but they certainly were not worth the price they rent for. You can find equivalent accommodations for less
This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community, but something not good because the tenant over us is so loud its really disturbing. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools.
