Absolutely awful - avoid at all costs. Poor communication, if any, cost me a night on my floor for a two-day pickup no one bothered to mention. No warning on the delivery end. So much damage! Bookcases, crumpled boxes, hutches. No box was spared. Finally, their bill was vastly different than what had been promised by Rerates at Colonial Van Lines, their broker. Do not use!!
Last minute 37% price increase and most damage I've ever experienced in a move. Communication at this company is very poor. After getting a confirmation time the "day before", the truck didn't arrive till the 2 days later.
