Posh cancelled our contract for pick up on Monday (7/7) on Friday (7/4) via text without any way to contact them until Monday morning. When I called Monday morning they were cagey, defensive and unable to provide me with any information for why my $10K contract had not been honored. Horrible and defiant customer service.  - Dr. Gentry.

First off this was by far the worst experience in my life! DO NOT USE this moving company or Finest Fellas moving. So I became a widow in Aug and even though we were married 33yrs we had no children so when he passed I moved to be closer to my best friend which is across the country. DO NOT USE. My family just moved across the country and used Posh to move our belongings. Posh contracted out the drivers and the people who delivered to us gave us an inventory list. When we brought up that items were missing the company stated they were not on the list. The list was very vague as items 1-80 were just labeled box/tote. Our mattresses were not even on the list to begin with we added them after to confirm we got them. Worst experience ever. The people on the phone are kind and responsive, as are the packers-however, our move across country was AWFUL. They unpacked 1/3 of our boxes and replaced them-using sticky tape to hold together antiques and cabinetry (ruining the wood). They took apart many items after our initial pack and lost the hardware to them. Many of the items they repacked broke in transit.
