The process was easy and seamless from the first email to the installation. I used the online creator and received an estimate. When I called to order the shed, the customer service employee made a couple of suggestions that ended up saving us money. They were able to set an install date about a month earlier than the original estimate. The shed was well built and on budget.
Very enjoyable experience! The crew was professional and worked like a well oiled machine!! I will definitely recommend Post to anyone that needs a well built shed. I do wish you could’ve built my garage though. A+
You guys did an amazing job.
The guys that came out and put the shed together were fast and efficient. They were friendly and walked us through the finished shed and showed us each and every selection we made on paper in the show room. The associate that assisted us in the show room was wonderful too. She answered lots of questions and was clear with her explanations.
I did a lot of research on sheds before deciding to visit Post Woodworking personally. My initial dealings with PW were by email. Karen of the PW sales crew was always quick to reply to emails and thorough with all information requested. Their website was also user friendly and highly detailed. My visit to PW sealed the deal. The ordering process was very good with the staff being very responsive and accommodating. The crew that installed was also very polite and did quality work - the biggest issue is that because the install was performed in the pouring rain once the building was building was completed and sealed up over the next few days in the hot weather a significant amount of both black and orange mold grew on the interior walls. Customer service was very courteous and helpful. The shed was deliver on schedule and the team that constructed it did a great job. Overall experience was excellent.
The buying and scheduling experience was fine but the installers decided to cut a branch off of a neighbor's tree that was ever so slightly in their way without asking me. (They cut it right in the middle of the branch and not where it meets the tree.) Couldn't believe they did that. Some homeowners would go nuts over something like that.
