im not sure of the size of the firm, but the clarification in any questiona or concerns I have had we're always met in good time and I felt as if i was the most importnat client, when i know Im one of many. Having the feeling of hesitation at first, I am very happy with the first and I hope only, sensitive client-attorney experience throughout the whole process. Thank you
If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve left various voicemails and emails to my attorney and pre-litigation assistant , and have even left voicemails to the case managers phone number yet no communication at all has been relayed back to me. There are no words for the frustration I have experienced dealing with this particular attorney representing me and the case manager overseeing the messages I have politely left for them.
I can not in good faith recommend this firm after my experience with Donn LaHaie as my attorney for my work injury claim. Various messages to pre-litigation assistant Allison Soanes, to attorney Donn LaHaie, to the case manager phone number provided from intake departments have bothered to communicate anything regarding the legitimate concerns I have about my case. My lawyer is Michael Beci he's also good and glad he took my case thank you and my case manager is Miss Wanda Rivera She's been on my case 8 months she's is amazing. I had a slip and fall she makes sure I have a Lyft there and back she helps make my appointments I need for her. She reached out back to me not even within a day. The firm is great at getting the job done. I would really love them if the settlements for the case that includes me happened in a more reasonable time frame. It has been years but I understand that the settlement process is outside of their control.
