I contacted this firm after seeing their advertisements, hoping for assistance with a slip-and-fall injury. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the helpful image portrayed in their advertising. After my initial reach-out, nearly three weeks passed without any contact from the firm. I am always able to see what is going on with my case through the portal that is provide for the clients. Emails that I send are always answered with the information that I was inquiring about. This case is long, and I am glad these are my attorneys.
I called to obtain a medical malpractice attorney. The receptionist took my contact information and informed me that an attorney would call me back that same day (Monday.) Later that day, I received a text message asking if I had entered an internet inquiry and asked if I wanted a follow up call.
