Place has increased the prices on the storage and they are not maintained. Since they had a break in to other units they now charge $14 extra for insurance. A 10x20 is $120 a month no lights bugs, and a 10x10 is $116. They do not live in Texas and do not maintain the storages or dinky little rv park. The rv spots who use electric and water are only paying $350 yet storages are 120 a month. No they are not maintained. People friendly and nice peaceful area to park your trailer. If your overloaded or just need to store things the storage is next door. Love this area near work and peaceful.
Park itself was very clean. Two big downsides to this park- the quality of the “potable” water which smelled like sewage and the noise from 181. We had to move though because of the water quality.
Quiet park, not too far from restaurants. As a “resident” the past couple of months, the yard has always been kept clean, if there’s stray litter it is picked up right away. Neighbors are friendly and always willing to help! Glad that I picked Poth Mini Storage & Rv for a temporary home.
They always answer my texts and calls quick if there is ever an issue with the gate or if I am needing any type of assistance!
