P2P did a software update early this year and we have made repeated requests (including phone calls and a Zoom call to give "evidence") and they have still not addressed the multiple problems that stemmed from that update. Patients fill in a portion of the questionnaire, and the print-out says "patient did not respond to any questions." Katie is a real gem for Power2Practice. She is super knowledgeable and passionate about upcoming changes to P2P. Her enthusiasm has renewed my hope that staying with this EMR and awaiting the upcoming upgrades is the best course for our company.
