RecommendedNothing they are horrible. I recommend them to go out of business. They have worked in apartment and a few of my associates house and did not do a proper job which result in disasters result. I believe if you’re of a certain dark ethnicity other than the right color. They are the right company for crooked situations. I do recommend this company.
The worst I've experienced!!! First the owner was beyond rude, and I've never dealt with such a jerk. He hung up the phone on me for calling him out on their dishonesty on a couple things they said. They installed the wrong size air conditioner in our house. The first tech to check why it wasn't cooling said to change the air filter to one month. The second guy said it was the wrong size unit. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Worst customer service ever! Because I had a home warranty they refused to come out to fix my air conditioning in 100+ degree weather even after agreeing to take the job from the home warranty company. I explained I had an elderly person living her and the heat was effecting her. They said that if I was willing to pay a premium they would come out, I guess taking care of your elderly comes at a premium.
This was so upsetting my A.C. unit shut down and I am a home owner so I have a home warranty they refer me to these people and they said soonest they can come is August the 2nd.. I called today and was wondering when is the soonest they can come they said tomorrow July the 25th some say great put me on schedule I told him I have home warranty and they said I'm sorry the soonest we can go out there it's August the 2nd so my home warranty money is no better than a private money which really discourages me because we purchased ... read more
Worst company service I have ever had! Came to my house after 4 days of no AC... Said its freon and he would fill it... He mentioned it should be good... But if there's a leak they will need to return... No problem... Two hours later .. Temp back up to hell... I call... They say they won't even talk to me due to it being a home warranty... Sorry, but I didn't appreciate the unnecessary rude service and my front door being slammed. Got a technician named Steve, I really don't recommend him.
