My mother lived in the Memory Care unit for 7 months until her passing. She received excellent care, her treatment plan was updated as her condition changed. We are fortunate to live nearby. We visited daily and we were always welcomed by staff. Residents are treated respectfully by staff, using calm voices and redirecting as needed. Resident rooms are large. If you love your family member, don't consider this place. My family member went from able to walk to dead within 2 months in this Horrible place. Chelsey the nurse is completely incompetent.Charge $900.00 / month for shower assist 2 times a week. He wasn't given a single shower. Never changed him or his wet bed, unless a family member asked staff. ( who are always sitting on phones). Never assusted home with meals. All food came from loved ones feeding him.
My father has been a resident in your home for one year. I see he is being taken care of very well. The nurses are caring. It's nice to know he is in good hands. Thank you.
Use to be a wonderful place, the new management is terrible.
