First off I have to say that I am needing a psychiatrist not a nurse practitioner which is what I had today and she did not want care to ask me about my home life and personal life she specifically went out of her way to tell me she is not a psychiatrist and does not listen to those types of stories because she is not licensed to diagnose. And when I would even start to tell her about things going on at home or in personal life she would cut me off. I love my Doctor. She always understand my ups and down. I look forwards to our visit. She is helping me become the best version of myself with her expertise and medication managerment.
Absolutely the best doctor experience have had since my diagnosis. I feel like my experience is taken into consideration and valued unlike other doctors who are "experts". It is nice to have a collaborative relationship with my provider.
This woman lacks professionalism and understanding completely! She is in the wrong profession. She met my teen daughter once and tried to diagnose her with something entirely incorrect. I know because she has had thorough psych evaluations. She gave my daughter the option of quadrupling the amount of the medication she currently takes or prescribing something for her new incorrect diagnosis.
