Ray and Staff......you recently put in a brand new floor in our River Region Church of the Nazarene sanctuary....it looks very nice..soft to walk on and does not make any noise as you would expect from a wood floor...... makes the room look larger also....thanks for the excellent job......Diane Bergstrom, church member.

4th experience with Prattville Carpet and as usual, it was exceptional from start to finish! Terry is awesome to work with and very knowledgeable about the products and helping you decide what you want!! I had tile removed, which was more of a problem than expected, and laminate plank installed, but they handled it like the pros they are! We worked with Ray Boles in replacing the floor & shower tile in our master bath. Ray gave us a thorough explanation of what needed to be done & how & when it would be done. The job went just like he said it would. The workers were on time, did good work & they were polite & professional. I highly recommend them for your tile and carpet work.

Purchased a SHAW product which was defective... in a time crunch and was referred to Ray at Prattville Carpet. He was so helpful! We were quickly shown options in the product we were looking for at a great price AND made in the USA! Within a week we had our product delivered and the installer will be accommodating our tight time line for the install. If we need flooring in the future we will definitely be back.
Initially we were very pleased with the appearance of the hardwood floors the Prattville carpet installed in our new home. Immediately we began to notice that large areas of flooring were no adequately glued down. It has been 18 months since the floors were installed and we are STILL having issues. To date, they have came out eight times, drilled between 75-80 small holes in our new floors, and attempted to force glue in the hollow pockets between our floors and the concrete below.
