She was extremely professional and willing to help quickly and promptly. What could have turned into a long process was handled quite simply and Blake's expert service and knowledge could not be more appreciated.

*****************************, LCAM has been a blessing to our community. She does what it takes to get the job done. On Friday evening our entry gate went out. She contacted our service provider for an emergency service call. It wasnt repairable that evening so we worked together to get a communication out quickly, after hours, to our community to advise them and provide actions they needed to take. Is everything perfect with Precedent? No, what company is achieving perfection these days? HOWEVER, things are really looking up for us these days because we have *****************************, the best manager I've seen. She goes the extra mile in everything she does. We also have a wonderful maintenance lead with *********************. He is out there every day making our community run well and look great.
*************************** is very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with!
***** is the CAM for our community in Naples Florida. Sarah answers our questions with questions. *****will not speak on the phone. Her preferred method of communication is email. *****is very indifferent to our needs or concerns. *****seems interested if she perceives there could be a violation. Communication is more than challenging. When calling the main number for Precedent, you get a recording to leave a message as they are busy. The voicemail box is full. If I could leave less than one star I would! This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered when it comes to managing ***s. I cannot believe how shady they are. After paying fees and interest on unpaid *** fees (a clerical error they will never admit to) I paid their lawyer several thousand dollars to settle this issue. I paid the final amount two months ago and I still have amenities restricted and I still have to pay my *** fees through their lawyer.
