I took my wife's wedding ring to these great ladies to get a new 1.4 carat lab grown marquis diamond I bought, installed on her 20 year old wedding ring as an upgrade. They did an awesome job!!! They had to build a whole new setting to accommodate the new larger diamond but yet keep the original six smaller diamonds clustered at each end like the original setting. Precious Elements is an overall great establishment. I took a necklace for repairs and was served with great customer service. My repairs took less time as quoted. My necklace came back fixed and shinier than ever. While I was in the store Ala offered to clean my other jewelry and kept the conversation going and made me feel at ease, leaving my jewelry there. 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks
These ladies took great care of us. Called to ask the price of a battery replacement. Told us the price that is $5 less than I pay in Rowlett. Only took 15 minutes to get there and they changed the battery while we waited. Awesome Native American silver pieces and all kinds of coins! We had to battery replacements, one went well the other the watch did not work. They were kind enough NOT to charge a fee for that time they took! Needless to say HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very friendly and professional! Thank you and we’ll be back!
I took a broken pearl necklace in to be restrung and the repair was done beautifully! Amazing customer service from start to finish. I will be going back to make some purchases for Christmas. Lots of beautiful pieces to choose from!
