My horror story with PMRS refinery: I received my shipping containers and was in the process of removing my stones when the customer service rep (John Yurik) called wanting to schedule a pick up time. I told him what I was doing and he assured me they would remove genuine stones and they would be sent back to me. (No mention of how they were to be bagged). He also told me they wanted to make it as simple as possible for me to put a total weight (not individual weights of each gold or silver) so that is what I did. I didn’... read more

I was heavily considering these guys for my scrap silver and gold until a jeweler I know lost her grandmothers handed down diamonds. They said they just LOST them. I would never do business with such a shady business that just POCKETS other peoples diamonds
