John from Precise Climate Solutions has been a great help for big and small problems in my home. He replaced an old furnace, and saved me money by explaining how the new furnace I thought I wanted was more than needed. He also did a quick dryer duct repair for me. John is an excellent communicator and I'm grateful for his advice as well as his HVAC skills.

Outstanding Service and Professionalism! Our heater had been non-functional for the past week, so we reached out to Precise Climate Solutions. John answered the phone and discussed the issues we were having. He was able to set up an appointment for the next day. John, my technician was very nice and relatively easy to get a hold of. He came out for free to look at the job and be sure I had everything needed for the install. I ordered the dehumidifier unit, pump and feet for the unit myself. He arrived for the install on time and was done within three hours. The charge of $1900 seemed a bit pricey. In other words it was 600 per hour for primarily duct work though I know that this requires some expertise. John answered right away when I called, and unlike other providers who would only send someone out to assess, he listened on my furnace challenge and gave some early views on potential issues and costs to resolve. He was able to come out the next day and was prompt and fixed the issue with my thermocouple in under an hour.
