John, from Precise Climate Solutions, did maintenance on our mini split and checked our furnace. He did a thorough job and cleaned up after himself. John was kind and friendly and offered helpful tips. We’ll certainly call him again for our next maintenance or if any problems arise before then

We had an issue with our thermostat and John from Precise Climate Solutions came through for us big time. He showed up the same day—within just a couple of hours—quickly found the problem and had it fixed on the spot. He was courteous, kind, respectful, and incredibly honest. Truly a professional. We’ll definitely be calling him again if we need HVAC support in the future!

John from Precise Climate Solutions has been a great help for big and small problems in my home. He replaced an old furnace, and saved me money by explaining how the new furnace I thought I wanted was more than needed. He also did a quick dryer duct repair for me. John is an excellent communicator and I'm grateful for his advice as well as his HVAC skills.

My A/C stopped working. Chose Precise based on their reviews. John responded the next day. He check the entire system and identified that the thermostat was no longer working(30 yrs old). He ordered and installed the new one within a couple of days.He was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend his service.

He is also an extremely pleasant person who obviously knows his stuff. He will be my go-to guy for any other mechanical services I may need down the line!!!
