I looked all over my area for auto body shop and I ended up at Precision Body to get some very minor, superficial scratches taken off my car. I walked in to get an estimate and was quoted a very reasonable price. I was scheduled for an appointment just 2 days later and was very pleased with the work done on my car. They are very professional and friendly. They also have a very clean workshop. I will definitely come back to precision for any future body work. I highly recommend them! Great service and great price!
Very ineffective communication. I've contacted three times to get a replacement windshield (at the suggestion of the manufacturer since they don't work with insurance). Called. Told to email their estimator. Emailed estimator. No response for 4 days. Called again, was told by the receptionist that she'd let the estimator know and he'd be in contact. I was very happy with the quality and speed of the work on my truck, very professional, great service,. I was informed of the time and progress of the work being completed. They worked with my insurance company and everything happened as it was promised. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. This is how a body shop is supposed to be run.
One star lost for overpaying me (and me fighting hard for them to realize they did) and taking 5 months to send me my reimbursement. One star lost for when I pick up the vehicle, its repair was not complete. They never installed the step up in the rear, and only acknowledged (and removed their charge for the part and labor) they didn’t complete the work after I pointed it out upon pick up. Literally the biggest jokes in automotive repair I’ve encountered. Their team lacks communication with customers and automotive knowledge. Their regional manager isn’t trained to deal with customer conflict. Cody has no idea how to present a price and ask for a sale. Had my car towed there after an initial phone call where Cody stated he could provide an estimate on mechanical and body damage within 2 days.
