We brought our Mercedes Sprinter van in for a repair. Our experience was very positive. They were great at keeping us up to date on the progress of their work. Casey in particular went above and beyond expectations to move things along for us. The work was excellent. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and service.
Kaycee was very professional and good about keeping me posted from beginning to end. The repair was down according to the schedule. The process of dropping the car and arranging for the car rental was very convenient. The car looks like nothing happened with a perfect paint match. I highly recommend Precision Body and Paint!

The four star rating is only because of Cassie. I can’t do 5 stars because of the bizarre way the estimator communicated the need for additional repairs and a surprise extra charge. Cassie resolved those concerns to my satisfaction and beyond. If they had done their job as well as Cassie did hers, they’d be a 10 star company. She went above and beyond! Because of her, I will be a return customer should there be a future need.
