One star lost for overpaying me (and me fighting hard for them to realize they did) and taking 5 months to send me my reimbursement. One star lost for when I pick up the vehicle, its repair was not complete. They never installed the step up in the rear, and only acknowledged (and removed their charge for the part and labor) they didn’t complete the work after I pointed it out upon pick up. I had my Rivian R1S in for repair, the Body work is 100% 5* all the way, the communication through the process (or lack of communication) was my only complaint.
Repair job looks 100%. Communication throughout the job period. Vehicle returned clean and shiny. Incredible kindness extended after the passing of my husband just as we were to pick up the vehicle. They went above and beyond.
I looked all over my area for auto body shop and I ended up at Precision Body to get some very minor, superficial scratches taken off my car. I walked in to get an estimate and was quoted a very reasonable price. I was scheduled for an appointment just 2 days later and was very pleased with the work done on my car. They are very professional and friendly. They also have a very clean workshop. I will definitely come back to precision for any future body work. I highly recommend them! Great service and great price!
Very ineffective communication. I've contacted three times to get a replacement windshield (at the suggestion of the manufacturer since they don't work with insurance). Called. Told to email their estimator. Emailed estimator. No response for 4 days. Called again, was told by the receptionist that she'd let the estimator know and he'd be in contact.
