We've had a great experience with the whole team at Precision. Tim in the sales process was very informative and personal. We were able to get our new unit installed within a week (during the hot season). Jay & Sam did the install, and they were fabulous! Jay was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. We would recommend them 10/10.

I can recommend Precision Comfort without reservation. Install crew was prompt, clean and efficient. Price was competitive. Company responded immediately when called to rebalance the system for the cooling season. They also showed up the next day when the system stopped cooling, then was able to restart after being shutoff overnight. Had left it off hoping they could find the cause.
