We had an excellent experience with Precision Painting. Milan was the manager over our job, exterior and interior paint job, and he had great communication and great recommendations. Yovani was the main Painter at our house and he did a great job as well. He always checked in with us to make sure everything was going the way we wanted it to. The guys were so helpful and mindful. I will definitely recommend PC & P to all my friends and neighbors.
The team at Precision Construction & Painting redid the siding on the front of our church and painted the entire exterior. They were fair and reasonable in pricing and when issues came up offered solutions. The worked with us on aspects of the project we completed ourselves while still meeting the timeline we needed to finish before Easter. The team was helpful, pricing was fair, and the work they completed looks beautiful.
As an association of 61 homes built some 50 years ago the community was in desperate need of repair and maintenance. Our structures were wooden with cedar shingle siding, wood gates, window trim, and facia baked in the hot SoCal sun. There was much termite damage and wood rot to repair and replace.
