I picked precision eye care simply because my insurance said I would get better option and benefits at this location. But I will always be returning to precision eye care for the foreseeable future for many more reasons than that. The staff at this location are all incredibly friendly but also efficient. They don't make you waiting in a waiting room for 30 minutes just for the doctor to come in and only spend 5 minutes with you. Had appointment back in March 2024. Still have not contacts. Horrible service. Never got calls with updates I had to constantly call to try and get an update on the status of my trial contacts. Called my insurance to get option to go to another eye doctor. I will never say anything good about this office. Was over talked to when I voiced my complaints. Had to tell them I needed to speak to their manager. In all my years of having contacts the worst service I ever had.
My exam was good, I was going to give them 5 stars. However, during the process of getting the correct contacts. The person who replies to text was very rude, and not understanding of my situation. Which I have medical documents, car insurance documents, police report, wife’s doctor’s visit. To prove that I had a lot going on. And have the text message saved Okay fine, whatever. Dr. Chan has a beautiful office on the North side of Vancouver Mall. She and her associates helped me significantly with my dry eye issues. My eyes felt scratchy and gritty and occasionally I would have double vision due to the dryness. I had used Refresh rewetting drops and heating masks at night but which would help but was not long lasting.
