Dr. El-Ounsi was able to fit me in for an emergency first time consult appointment. He was very thorough in diagnosing my issue and gave me the course of actions to take. I was very pleased for the way they accommodated me and took care of me. I highly recommend Dr. El-Ounsi and his staff!
He and his co-worker Victoria were both delightful - even though it isn't fun to have a tooth extracted, they made it as good as it can get. And they played music that I loved and that distracted me.
