Dr. Naiman is the best. I have gone years (thankfully) not needing any orthopedic care, but when I do, I go to him. Trustworthy and professional, Dr. Naiman always takes the time to explain what is causing the issue and how best to proceed. I consider him not only a Dr. but a friend. In today’s world, medical treatment sometimes lacks the professionals that truly care about patient's. Not the case with Dr. Naiman.
Ms Nicole was so gracious towards my son’s needs and was able to get him scheduled to see the doctor right away. The visit was great, fortunately the doctor gave us good news. Regardless of the good news the doctor is great, kind and genuine. I just got the feeling that he was in no way just out to get money from our visit. I will definitely visit again for any of our family’s orthopedic needs.
Excellent, professional, caring and everything done on time. Staff was fantastic to deal with and Dr. Naiman went above and beyond. Besides taking the time to understand the patient (me), he took the time to throughly explain everything in terms that I understood—perfectly. Doctor and staff have great personalities and very helpful. Without a doubt or hesitation, I’d recommend them.
Was having some shoulder issues due to early stages of arthritis. Made a in-person appointment, was able to get a next day appointment. Nicole and her staff are fantastic, such a great working relationship with her co workers is comforting. Lindsey took my X-rays, was friendly and courteous, Dr. Hassan was great in explaining what was going on with my shoulder. Took time to show me my X-rays to make things even clearer. I would highly recommend this office.
Receptionist Nicole makes you feel like one of the family upon introduction. Dr. Naimen was exceptionally thorough and to the point as well as very inquisitive. He is genuinely concerned about his patients well being and future outcomes.
