The staff here is always great. They have always been able to accommodate us for acute issues. Recently, my Mom had unbearable pain that radiated from her neck, through her shoulder, and down to her fingers. Tammy from the call center was exceptional! She tried all of the local offices for availability and then called the next day and was able to fit my Mom in within the week.
