I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience with Precision Plumbing & Heating. It started with a tech who spent extra time tracking down an odd issue with our 25 year old furnace. The repair cost was not unreasonable, especially in the midst of winter, but more than we wanted to spend on an old furnace. Brent gave us thoughtful options to consider as a replacement, as well as ideas to improve air flow through our finished basement. Our Service Tech, Joe, was professional and personable. The agreed upon repair resolved our cooling issue. This is second time that we have used Precision. We will not hesitate to continue using them for any future HVAC needs.

From the time I received the text that Jason was on his way with tracking to see how far away he was I was impressed. Jason arrived on time and went right to work on our new toilet and installation of the sink. It was really helpful that we clearly communicated what was being done to complete the work order. Jason was friendly and very respectful of our home (we put little plastic booties on his shoes to keep our floor clean) We are happy with the outcome of the work that was performed. Ethan did the service today and caught a dangerous situation, pictured. My maintenance plan includes service at no additional charge, so the price was right. As a result of him finding this issue, Sales will be coming out this afternoon to walk me through next steps. Not only was he friendly, a good listener, cheerful, and helpful; he was also observant and cautious--everything I want HVAC service techs to be. Ethan checked all the boxes! I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service we recently received. Despite being fully booked, your team managed to fit us in for our plumbing project. We especially want to recognize the technician, Jacob. He was outstanding and stayed until 10:00 PM on a Friday night to ensure the project remained on schedule. His dedication allowed the tile team to begin their work over the weekend as planned.
