I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience with Precision Plumbing & Heating. It started with a tech who spent extra time tracking down an odd issue with our 25 year old furnace. The repair cost was not unreasonable, especially in the midst of winter, but more than we wanted to spend on an old furnace. Brent gave us thoughtful options to consider as a replacement, as well as ideas to improve air flow through our finished basement. Jarod came out and diagnosed an underperforming A/C unit. Jarod was through, courteous and diagnosed my problem within a couple of hours. Jarod went through records from the original installation and was able to make the repairs under warranty, there was no hassle about payment and Jarod explained the repairs perfectly. I really appreciate Jarod's assistance today and would absolutely recommend this company in the future.
Eric and precision were great to work with. He took his time and went above and beyond to help fix some horrible plumbing done by our builder. He was also gracious with our dog who barked almost every time he came back in from the truck. Precision may not be the cheapest in town, but they do have amazing customer service and the office staff was incredible to communicate with as well. Highly recommend if you want quality work done, hassle free.
The service technician, Chris, was absolutely outstanding. He was professional and courteous and knowledgeable about what he was doing, and he took whatever time was needed to do the job right. Another fine example of a precision employee.
Jacquelyn was absolutely great. She is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She got the job of installing an additional electrical circuit to my garage done quicker than she thought and adjusted the final bill accordingly. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
