Ethan did the service today and caught a dangerous situation, pictured. My maintenance plan includes service at no additional charge, so the price was right. As a result of him finding this issue, Sales will be coming out this afternoon to walk me through next steps. Not only was he friendly, a good listener, cheerful, and helpful; he was also observant and cautious--everything I want HVAC service techs to be. Ethan checked all the boxes! The seasonal maintenance was coordinated with 2 plumbing repairs on the same visit. As always the repairmen was courteous and diligently respectful of taking care of our home. I continue to be grateful for Precision Plumbing and Heating and every team member we have encountered. And thank you for your annual donation of a furnace to a hard working needy family!
So far everything is going very well! New parts will need to be installed before I have heat again. Everyone is very helpful, very knowledgeable and easy to work with! From the time I received the text that Jason was on his way with tracking to see how far away he was I was impressed. Jason arrived on time and went right to work on our new toilet and installation of the sink. It was really helpful that we clearly communicated what was being done to complete the work order. I was able to get an appointment for a technician to evaluate my hvac within 24 hrs of me calling to make an appointment. For context, my furnace was making louder than usual noises which was not an emergency, but also not something I wanted to wait to be resolved. They have great customer service from scheduling to the technician leaving my home.
