On Friday, 10/10/25, we had system maintenance preformed on our furnace. This was our first time using Precision Plumbing and Heating and we were very impressed! From the initial call to setup the appointment to the arrival of Galen our technician who performed the maintenance. Phone staff were wonderful answered all my questions we're very helpful and very pleasant. But when I call the manufacturer about the part they quoted me $297. Precision plumbing and heating wanted to market up 150% and charge me $700 for the same part. I'm not against someone making a profit but that's excessive. Customers beware. So I talked with the service manager. Who said they don't break down the cost of the repair to you on the invoice they just bundle. A terrific outfit ! EVERY one I've delt with has been outstanding. The office staff... the young guy, JOE that first came out to take a look at our furnace and gave me good advice. The sales technician, Mike who then came out...discussed our options includin whole-house AC and gave us a very do-able quote. The two install fellows who came out promptly....removed the old furnace and installed the new one inluding "fishing" the new wires for the new thermostat..........EVERBODY. First rate. I can say that the service I received was excellent. Tyler was right on time and he explained everything that was going to be done and the function of the surge protector perfectly. I would certainly recommend Precision Plumbing & Heating. Tyler was knowledgeable, experienced, and polite. It was a very positive experience; and I would utilize your services again without hesitation if the need arose.
Joe was great. Very personable and feels like a trusted friend. He knew his stuff and was able to help me make a decision I’m comfortable with going forward. Precision has been top notch from my first phone call with them to Joe solving my problem.
