Our hot water heater failed and we were in need of a replacement. Precision was great to communicate with and they were able to set up an appointment for installation within a few days. Eric was professional and did a fantastic job with installation. I would definitely recommend Eric and his team at Precision.
Kyle arrived on time and worked up a quote on three projects (replaced an older toilet...repaired a 2nd toilet...install and plumb a new vanity) we had. Professional demeanor and displayed skills and knowledge of the work required. Kept me updated as he worked. Job was completed in about 4 hrs or 3 hrs faster than I'd expected. New to the TC area. Precision is one of the companies the home inspector recommended. He was right on! Have now had plumbing done, furnace work and recently had them install new furnace and AC. Everyone is professional and helpful, from the office staff to estimator to techs. Brent patiently answered all of my questions about installing a new system and got me set up with great financing. And the install folks were terrific and also patiently answered my questions. I recommend them highly.
Tyler has consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. He arrives when scheduled, takes the time to explain each aspect of the project that he is completing, and cheerfully answers any questions that I may have. He is an outstanding representative of Precision Plumbing and Heating. His professionalism and expertise provide me with considerable comfort, knowing the job has been done completely and competently. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work completed.
