From the time I received the text that Jason was on his way with tracking to see how far away he was I was impressed. Jason arrived on time and went right to work on our new toilet and installation of the sink. It was really helpful that we clearly communicated what was being done to complete the work order. Kyle was a super nice and helpful tech. Clean friendly and kind. He was determined to make sure t that I had heat before he left. It was a simple fix but had the knowledge and resources to see the job through. I highly recommend him for any kind of promotion or pay raise. Struggled with a Sump Pump issue for last 3 days. Precision sent Eric and Jacob the next morning after my call. They arrived early and after initial review explained what needed to be done and more importantly why. They completed work in very timely fashion and left work area clean. I called Precision Plumbing and Heating to come out to repair my Humidity on my furnace. They booked me the following week, and I have to say they were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable on the humidity connected to my furnace. It was not working at all. I couldn't be more impressed with Precision! Our furnace started sounding different in December. I called and they had someone out the next day. They explained (and showed me) what the issues were... we needed a new furnace. The quote came in less than others we received.
