Jeff and another electrician installed 6 light fixtures and will complete installation of a fan next week. We have had great experiences with everyone at Precision. Kyle is very experienced, professional & provided outstanding customer service removing 3 toilets from our lake home in Kewadin. Kyle also unhooked our gas stove & appliances in advance of the laminate floors we installed. I highly recommend Kyle for any plumbing needs and the Precision team is awesome. I called Precision Plumbing and Heating to come out to repair my Humidity on my furnace. They booked me the following week, and I have to say they were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable on the humidity connected to my furnace. It was not working at all. Kyle arrived on time and worked up a quote on three projects (replaced an older toilet...repaired a 2nd toilet...install and plumb a new vanity) we had. Professional demeanor and displayed skills and knowledge of the work required. Kept me updated as he worked. Job was completed in about 4 hrs or 3 hrs faster than I'd expected. Area was cleared and cleaned. A toilet that was replaced was hauled away saving me a trip to recycle center. I have a new water heater thanks to the skills of Plumber, Eric B from precision, plumbing and heating. He removed the old water heater and what seemed like minutes and had the new one installed just as quickly. The company texted me before he arrived giving me an arrival time and his picture. They followed up with another text to make certain that I was 100% satisfied. Great company.
