Thankyou to Mike, staff and Len for great customer service. I called them for blocked sink. They were able to provide same day service, even though they were very busy. Len was very knowledgeable, and thorough and only charged for what was needed. I really appreciate a company with honesty and integrity. I will be using this company again.

Previous plumbers that installed my sink had done such mixed up job that the pressure on one of the pipes finally cracked so Mike had it fixed up in no time for half the cost of the previous company - all in the same day I noticed the leak! These guys were awesome and I support them 100 percent

I have my water heater replaced with Rinnai tankless water heater and water softener installed by Precision Plumbing. My whole experience was very positive. Wow I can't say enough good things about this company. After calling several other companies that were recommended (and not even getting a phone call back), Precision Plumbing was super fast to return my call, everyone I talked to was extremely polite and professional, and they sent out a service tech within 24 hours to help unclog our kitchen sink. I can’t thank Zac from Precision Plumbing enough! After two days without hot water and no other company available to help, Precision Plumbing came to the rescue and sent Zac—and I’m so grateful they did. Zac went above and beyond to help my family. I told him we have three kids at home, and he truly took that to heart. He worked late into Friday night and even came back on the weekend to get the part we needed from the warehouse.
