Pros: Installer Eli was friendly. Seemed to know what he was doing. Service was next day. Cons: Had to use the water heater they offer. Not the one I wanted. Not really willing to discuss it. Big Con: I HAD TO PAY UP FRONT. and after an additional day/night with no hot water, I had to call them back. Fortunately I was able to do some research and fix it myself.
I had a water heater installed. The installers were nice and arrived on time. The Water heater pan did not line up with drain in floor. I had to call several times to get corrected. Also they drained old water heater in my yard which killed a large area in yard.
Very nice guy Excellent service Very pleasant Put my mind at ease over what was a truly dreadful situation. Arrived at exactly the time stated I had no stress during my correction of my problematic situation. He was magical in every way! Give that man a bonus and then some! Marcus was the best service person I have had the pleasure of working with. Installed our Lefton sink with ease and even was able to get the temperature gauge to work properly. Thank you.
We had been u able to install our self due to an sudden illness, they came out the same day and were excellent through Home Depot ! You don’t even know what this meant to lift a stressor from us ! Thank you!
