Pros: Installer Eli was friendly. Seemed to know what he was doing. Service was next day. Cons: Had to use the water heater they offer. Not the one I wanted. Not really willing to discuss it. Big Con: I HAD TO PAY UP FRONT. and after an additional day/night with no hot water, I had to call them back. Fortunately I was able to do some research and fix it myself.
UPDATE: It was a manufacturer defect in the Rheem water heater itself. The after hours service didn't fully understand what was happening. But the manager (owner?) called me and kept trying to coordinate with Rheem over the weekend and get it sorted, and kept checking in and following up, and stuck his neck out to get it resolved safely and at no additional cost. The guy was nice but they left A NATURAL GAS LEAK and when I called them, the said I'd have to pay $99 for them to even check their own leak. I had to call the fir... read more
I replaced my water heater through Home Depot installation services. Precision Plumbing handled my instillation and it was a great experience. The installer was very attentive and answered all my questions. He was considerate of my concerns regarding the location of the expansion tank and did a great job of keeping it out of my way. I am happy with the instillation and would consider using Precision Pluming for future work.
From start to finish, a great experience. The installers were on time and moved quickly through the process of installing our new water heater. Within the hour we had hot water again. The same company did our furnace last year and it was equally well done. Having a professional service company you can trust is worth the money. Thanks guys
The service was same day and I was given a time frame. The installer was a little early but it all worked out. After it was installed we did not have any water at all in the kitchen sink. We googled how to get air out of the lines and it took 5 minutes to get everything going normal. I would definitely use Precision again! The tech was very polite and knew what he was doing! Great service great product!
