I had a water heater installed. The installers were nice and arrived on time. The Water heater pan did not line up with drain in floor. I had to call several times to get corrected. Also they drained old water heater in my yard which killed a large area in yard.
I had Precision Plumbing complete two different jobs, and I was very satisfied with the outcomes. Chris was the plumber for both jobs. He's knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and on-time. He's a good communicator, and left the job sites looking like he was never there. He also did testing after both jobs to ensure everything was working right. I strongly recommend Precision Plumbing.
We had been u able to install our self due to an sudden illness, they came out the same day and were excellent through Home Depot ! You don’t even know what this meant to lift a stressor from us ! Thank you!
