Preferred is a great company to work for. Staffing is very supportive and super flexible. Trainings are always available and they're not the sit in a room and listen trainings, they're interactive and informative. I love working here! Matty a coordinator in the office is always Johnny on The Spot when I need her.
Specifically Preferred in Bala Cynwood I've had a great experience. They keep me busy with work and appreciate the skills I have as a nurse. No everything isn't always perfect but they are always accommodating to meet my needs. Also Matty the coordinator is great she is the real GOAT in this office, very responsive on all levels.

No Stars, Office staff was pleasant during orientation, I had a 1 step PPD and apparently they needed a 2 step but accepted my document and waited until I came for orientation to tell me this, due to my previous work commitments I was unable to have one placed and then come back for the 2 step. I asked for a Quanterferon test (would’ve been easier since they wanted me to pick up a case so badly) and I was given the run around meanwhile the schedulers were calling me as if they were telemarketers and I kept repeating to them... read more
The best agency for trach ventilated babies. My nurses are sandy, Irene and Alice and Trish. I have never had no problems and they treat my baby boy with so much care. He truly loves them and I’m so so thankful especially being a young single mom. They are understanding and so supportive. I love my nurses. It’s like having another family even though they are his nurses. I’m comfortable around them and the advice they give is very appreciative❤️🥹. Thank you preferred I’m so glad I chose you guys as my sons nursing service.
