I worked at many home care agencies and Preferred is by far the best! The staff in the Toms River office is always there for you if you’re inquiring to pick up extra shifts. Training is provided if needed and case managers are always available. They don’t pressure you if you work elsewhere but the fact the health insurance has improved is a great alternative instead of the hospital nursing home.
I've worked with many nursing agencies over the years and Preferred is by far the best. From the office staff to the clinical staff Preferred really cares about their nurses. They listen and immediately get to work on problem solving. The staff at preferred is always available and concerned for the needs of their nurses. The clinical staff is amazing.
