I have worked for Preferred for over 20 years. I like being able to make my own schedule. The case managers listen to my concerns voiced. The coordinators respond to scheduling requests.
You can’t be very picky because they are short of stuff. I am desperate for help.I feel like something is better than nothing and do the best out of it until it gets so bad that I call them and ask for a nurse replacement. Good luck if you get Jaime Hill. She is one of their nurses. I have a nonverbal autistic son who she kept in the bathroom for an hrs because she had the power to do that . Poor my son!
Great company!!!! Couldn’t recommend it enough!
