My experience with Preferred has been excellent, the staff is kind , willing to work with you in any situation . They have been respectful and helpful and supportive , I could go on and on about their support and understanding. I‘ve worked with and for Preferred home health care for 10 years or more , and they been the same. I really appreciate them so much.

I’ve been working with preferred for 2+ years, particularly Rosie. From our first conversation until now, Rosie has excused warmth and real care about your family and our needs! She matched my son with the most perfect nurse and has consistently checked in to make sure that all were satisfied. She’s been an amazing at helping us troubleshoot any issues with expediency. For a family with a medically complex child, Rosie’s professionalism and warmth has been truly appreciated. Thank you to this great team.

I have enjoyed working with Preferred over the last 10 years. Our company name recently changed. However, the atmosphere is still very caring and welcoming. Every staff member that I am in direct contact with have always been very professional and kind. If I experience any issues they’re always willing to help support me through it and/or address and rectify the situation quickly. I've been working with Preferred Home Health Care for over 9 years and counting and I have no intention of leaving anytime soon😊 My experience with Preferred has been good and positive so far. The staff are respectful, pleasant, patient, kind, informative, and experienced. I would recommend Preferred Home Health Care to anyone who is looking for a good place to work, grow, and expand their knowledge. You won't regret coming on board. My son is a client of Preferred, he is medically complex, Rosie our coordinator, has been so incredibly helpful with staffing us even with the current nurse shortage. I have the best team of nurses, she always answers any and all of my questions, and works around the clock to make sure I am staffed. In the most difficult time of my life, I am most grateful to have someone like her on my side and guiding me the entire way.
