I would like to share my experience today with Eric the service technician. He was the second technician that came out to service our AC system. He didn’t know it at the time that we had another company come out last week. We needed a second opinion and have our system serviced. Not only was Eric down right honest he held nothing back. Though not the origional installer, they came out the next day and got the system running again. The company we had used to do a checkup wouldn't budge off their previous set appointment in 4 days. They ordered warranty parts and replaced the same week. Courteous and straight talking, none of the normal sales gimmicks. I used them the previous week for another system on a rental and they did a great job there too.
Can't say enough good things about the folks at Preferred Mechanical. Attentive, responsive, courteous, prompt, quality work ethics, patient, etc, etc. Ken better not leave any time soon - he's the best. Eric cares about his employees and the business he manages. The staff answering calls communicate very well with the customer as well as with their team at Preferred. Plan to do business with them for a long time.
Great response and customer service. We had a broken AC unit and needed the evap coils replaced and the company and gentleman Gilbert were able to complete the job in the same day. Can't thank them enough. Great company.
Preferred Mechanical AC replaced old unit with a new inverter. Brian and Marco did a wonderful job on the installation. The job was completed in a thorough and careful manner with respect to our property. Brian and Marco were both very courteous answering all questions that we had. This new unit is beyond what we expected. Lower humidity and cooler temps in the house now. Thank you for helping us out!
