⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Preferred Self Storage in Double Oak! Sara was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process so easy. I was previously paying $182 for a 10x10 unit on the second floor with a long hallway walk, which was very inconvenient. At Preferred Self Storage, I got a drive-up 10x10 unit for only $133 — easy in, easy out, and so much more convenient! I give 5 stars because there is a real person maintaining the property AND goes above and beyond to make people feel like family. Sarah is patient, friendly, fantastic energy, genuinely cares and ... oh yes .. her laugh is contagious. I can tell her demeanor is that she cares about her tenants and her property.
