Everyone is so nice and friendly! I go in every two-four weeks for shots, and it’s such an easy, quick process. I started at a clinic in DC, and it was so difficult - every appointment and injection took forever. Premier Allergist in Arlington is the opposite. They’re the best!
I scheduled an appointment here for today about a month ago, got a confirmation call and everything, and got there today to find out the office is actually closed on Tuesdays! The people there overheard me calling the call center and helped me reschedule, but I’m extremely frustrated. Why was I scheduled for a date and time that didn’t exist? Why did you confirm that appointment when the provider wouldn’t be in? I took time off work and everything.
I have been coming here for over a year. Today, I got here at 2:31pm. One minute late (two at the most!) and they wouldn't give me my shot! Yes, its my fault; I was late. Still, it is very dissapointing. I understand everyone wants to go home, etc. - But a little empathy is important when you are dealing with people. Also, I have bad allergies and I will suffer this weekend. Ugh.
Why would your Google entry say you close at 6 when you stop taking walk ins at 5:30? Also if you close on random dates please send a text to your patients to let them know. You do it for inclement weather, why don’t you do it when you need a day off?
I’ve been getting allergy shots here for years. Two big thumbs up! Everyone in the office is friendly and it’s an efficient operation.
