I originally visited Premier Allergist in October 2023. I began immunotherapy shots soon after. The office used to be open 5 days a week for shots, allowing patients the flexibility to come in on their own schedule for once- or twice-weekly shots. Starting this January, they abruptly switched to only being open 3x/wk “to provide more flexibility” and close regularly, including without notice. I would like to start by saying that I never leave reviews but I have reached a point where I couldn't be any more frustrated. The staff and managers in this office are extremely unprofessional. During my first vist, I asked the front desk if they could provide me an estimate for my appointment based on my insurance, which medical offices are required to provide and they said that they do not do that. I have never had an office tell me that they could not provide me with an estimate before proceeding with treatment. A few we... read more

I’ve been to many allergists over the years and Premier Allergist in Arlington is top notch. From my initial evaluation a few years ago to now getting routine allergy shots, I’m so happy I came to the practice. Exams and routine checkups with the doctors (Dr. Perez and formerly Dr. DuBuske) are great - I never feel rushed during appointments and the doctors always answer all of my questions thoroughly to make sure I have the information I need.
