I have been receiving allergy treatments at premier allergist for about 2 years now. I love this place!! The doctor is knowledgeable and very caring as well as the nurses. Everyone is so professional. The office is also kept clean. I highly recommend them!
I don't have anything to complain about, this place is great and I always get reminded about my kid appointment on time, the staff is professional and friendly.
Run! My first time scheduling an appointment I show up and the appointment was never scheduled even though I have confirmation and could not be seen had to be rescheduled. Not sure what happened to this place based off reviews, I was expecting a professional caring doctors office. This place fell extremely short. As someone that has been in EMS all across the state this isn't uncommon but is disappointing when it happens to you. For several years I was seeing a dermatologist for my skin issues, as far as having a biopsy done. Then someone told me to check for allergies. I hadn't thought of that because I had allergy shots as a kid and it had never been this out of control. I came to premier allergist in Hagerstown and Dr. Walker and staff are amazing and always so so kind! I am now getting what I need to control the allergies and I have less rashes and my asthma is even under better control!! My experience here has been awesome!
I receive allergy shots at Premier Allergist. The nurses are always professional, answering questions and addressing concerns. Everyone has an upbeat attitude. Highly recommend.
