The doctor was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He was great with my 5 year old, who is typically afraid of doctors. He had very sound advice and was really down to earth. I would highly recommend this practice, especially if your child needs an allergist. They are great with peds!
Thank goodness Sandy is still there and staff but lots of changes. Website needs fixing so you can communicate with staff and also get your reports like other doctor offices . Also you are required to stay sitting in office for 30 minutes before leaving snd they made the 1 bathroom employees only. Again only doctors office to do so . Dr Nicklas Minoo and nurses great
The hours of the business change rapidly because doctors come and leave so often. Additionally, they have extended the number of vials you need to get to maintenance level which means it will cost more and take longer to get to maintenance levels!!!
Lovely doctors, nurses, and staff; management can be poor. Office is occasionally closed; sometimes patients are notified and sometimes they aren’t. I came here for allergy shots today only to face a closed door, with posters stating that the office is closed and instructing patients to check the website for office closures. Dr Rosenthal and his assistant Kevin were extremely attentive and guided me through a difficult process with outside companies so that I could receive treatment.
