The customer service rep was great. Very friendly and welcoming, good communication throughout the process. The waiting area is nice, clean and has great snacks. The scheduling process was ridiculous. The soonest appointment was over 2 months out. My service was only for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 2pm, my car wasn’t taken in until 2:25 and I didn’t get it back until 3:30. After waiting over 2 months for the appointment I would expect the service to begin on time. Jack Moran from sales and Nicole Britton went above and beyond to find my perfect Jeep! Then the service Ctr (Nicole) to set up my 2nd key was so quick. A great surprise to receive a free car wash also. Jack was, and still is quick to reply to my inquiries. I would recommend this dealership highly!
