No need to go off-Cape Buying a car is always intimidating and everyone says you get a better deal off-Cape. I disagree. The staff at premier have upfront pricing on their vehicles and their customer service is top notch. I could not be happier with my experience with Premier and am so happy I stayed local.

Purchase and Service My purchase experience was excellent; it was straightforward and handled professionally. The financial aspects of the purchase were clear and done in an expeditious fashion. One opportunity for improvement lies within the pick-up process. There was no real explanation of the vehicle's operational aspects. Rather, the process was very rushed. As a result I have had to refer to the manual on a regular basis in order to "learn" the vehicle. One minor service issue was handled extremely well.
I had great sales service with patience and genuine support I worked with Derek for a few months trying to find a particular model wrangler. I wasn't pressured or persuaded into any vehicle. I ended up with exactly what I wanted! Great assistance and a pleasure to do business with! :)
Quick and easy We purchased a new Jeep wrangler unlimited. Everyone was helpful and also made sure I was happy with what I chose. Kyle took the time to check the inventory for other colors so that I got exactly what I wanted. It was a quick and easy process and I am incredibly happy with Premier. Pleasant and efficient experience I traded in my 2005 Jeep Wrangler, which I bought from Premier when they were located in East Sandwich, for a 2017 Jeep Wrangler. It was a pleasure dealing with Kyle Hein as he was thorough, knowledgeable, communicated well without being overbearing, and went the extra mile to make the transaction seamless. I was pleasantly surprised to have my new vehicle delivered with a FULL tank of gas and a current inspection sticker!
