Quick no hassle service for oil change and rotation Upon arrival I was met by a polite service advisor. Dealership service area was neat and clean with many amenities. Comfortable seating area with TV and an area with refreshments.

This is the second time I have purchased from Premier Cape Cod. Both experiences we're pretty much effortless on my part and there was no pushy sales talk or anything of that nature. Everybody was really friendly and wanting to help. I will go back again if I live long enough to ever purchase a new vehicle again LOL !!!! I would highly recommend. It is (was) a very pleasant and helpful experience. What a great group of men and women that work there. Leo was the best.....good luck and happy driving.....

Good but needs improvement I love my new car.The only problem I would have liked to had the sticker from the window telling what was included in the car. The manual is generic and not very helpful. O'Brian had explained several of the features but not everything. I am a visual person and need to see it in writing, Andrew talked way to fast (must of had a lot of coffee earlier).
I was greeted promptly when I walked into the building, check in only took a minute. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and I was on my way in less than an hour . A+

Convenient, on time and the shuttle service is nice. It is a pleasant dealership and environment. Dropped me off at the Mall while they were servicing my vehicle. Would rate excellent if they did complementary cleaning.

Sales dept was great. Went out of their way to be accommodating. Service dept needs work. Poor communication and poor service all around. Not accommodating.
