I came to Premier physical care with L5S1 disc bulge and Sciatica pain going on for the past 3 months. PJ was so kind and compassionate enough gave me positivity and hope. I came in with back pain and within just a few weeks, I noticed real progress. My therapist, Paramjit, is highly knowledgeable, incredibly patient and motivating. She tailors every session to my needs, explaining every step and celebrating each small victory with me. What I appreciated most is how personalized the care is — I am never rushed, and I always feel heard. She gives me clear at-home exercises and makes sure I understand how to continue my recovery outside of the clinic.
My dad and I have visited Yash more than several times and we do no regret the help he has provided for us. He has helped my dad tremendously in his recovery post-foot surgery. You will find the best physical therapists here
