I started physical therapy here recently, and it has been a great experience. My PT has been helping me a lot with my groin pain and glute strengthening. Yash and PJ are extremely generous, patient, and always willing to help. Jennifer at the front desk is very helpful and flexible with scheduling appointments, which I truly appreciate. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and wheelchair accessible. Highly recommend this place!

I came in with both a shoulder and a hip issue. They were able to resolve the hip problem within about a week, which really impressed me. The shoulder is more complex, but I’m making slow, steady progress and feel confident in the plan. The therapists are very collaborative, listen to your needs, and introduce new exercises every session to keep things interesting and push continued progress. I highly recommend this place! I came in with severe herniated neck pain and started feeling so much better within just a couple of weeks. I really liked the cupping therapy they provided, it really helped relieve my pain and stiffness. Paramjeet has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout. Premier Care Physical Therapy truly deserves all 5 stars. I came in with a quad/IT band issue, and Yash, PJ, and Jennifer gave me the perfect balance of expert care and genuine kindness. My therapist Yash explained everything clearly, tailored each session to what my body needed that day, and kept me motivated throughout the process. I would highly recommend them. A very patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating physical therapy practice. I was in acute pain when I first visited. During the course of treatment, Yash took the time to understand my pain points and thoughtfully planned my treatment, always ensuring that I wasn’t overexerting myself. No matter how much pain I was in, they made sure I left with a smile on my face. Getting an appointment is always a breeze.
