I found the whole process to be very easy on my end. Scheduled online, with a follow-up call from the office the next day to check details. The techs were nice and worked quickly, in and out in less than an hour for roughly 1000sg/ft. They did a great job, even removing stains that were in the carpet when we moved in 4 years ago. Highly recommend using this company.
Easy to schedule. Did a fantastic job! Removed a very tough wax stain. Carpets looked & smelled great (not overwhelmingly scented). Steve & Vinny were very professional & thorough. I'm totally satisfied. I will recommend to my real estate clients.

Conscientious, professional service. Removed stains from light-colored carpet, including, wash cycle water from a dishwasher leak. We've worked with Sean for several years. We hope to have him clean the air ducts, next. Efficient scheduling.

As always, thank you to Sean (and Casey) for yet another year of stupendous service! This year was highlighted by a visiting cat pooping inappropriately in my house ~ thank you for treating our carpets for that. Also, this year, Sean cleaned our "Oh, please don't bother" contractor's carpet that has been grey for most of the last 19 years ... it's white! See you next year!
They answered my call and scheduled an appointment quickly to have my dryer vent cleaned. I was at work when they showed up but my oldest son was at the house. He said they were professional and very good.
