We have had two occasions to visit Premier collision. My wife stopped by with an older Toyota to ask what kind of glue we would use to reglue an emblem that was coming off of her car. Joe looked at it and said I can fix that. He glued it on for her and would not allow her to pay anything. Later, my wife’s car was hit by someone when it was parked on the street and they just left. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Efficient, and Fair. If you need any body work done on your vehicle, come down to this shop and they'll get you sorted quickly. I've had my vehicle worked on a few times here by Joe, and every time was a pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone I know.
Sam and the team here are awesome. We had 5 vehicles damaged in a recent tornado and Sam took the time to meet with us on every car and work with the insurance company on each claim. He had great integrity in the process, advising us on what was worth repairing and what was not. He even helped us work with the insurance company to get one of our cars totaled even though it meant little work for him. I really enjoyed working with Sam and his team and would highly recommend them.
Extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me send my pictures to the insurance company so I would receive the correct estimate.
Service and customer care were exceptional. My older Pontiac had an odd rust/molding problem. Premier took the time to fix it. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being Excellent...Premier Collision is a 10.
