Absolutely the best care I’ve received in a long while! The staff was excellent from the beginning starting at reception with Ms.Valerie Willis, she had great patience and candor and just a great understanding of her job. The nurse I had Ms. Brittany Chupik was an absolute gem she filled the room with her great bedside manners. Dr.Bryant was very professional and friendly and also had great bedside manners. All around the most wonderful experience I could’ve had at an urgent care facility. 10/10 recommend

The staff and resident NP were a Life saver for me. She diagnosed my pneumonia after an X-ray and I'm almost back to normal. The front desk and nurses were friendly and caring. Premier is a wonderful place.

I love this location! I am a first year college student, so to be completely honest, I usually don’t go anywhere medical without my mom. The staff here are excellent and took time to explain everything to me- cost, testing, and prescriptions. Dr. Beatty was fantastic, she was thorough but was able to get me in and out in 30 minutes. I appreciated the eagerness and compassion from the staff to answer all of my questions, although some may have been silly. Plus, I enjoyed chatting with the staff when I checked out! Beware: They said it would be $250 and charged me $800 even with in-network insurance. I went for an earache after-hours. I was told it would be an ER visit because it was after 9:00. I asked what the cash price for an ER visit is, and was told something in the $430 range. I was asked if I have insurance, and I showed the my Blue Cross Blue Shield card; BCBS is in-network. The fee listed is $250. I asked "so it would be less if I use insurance? It'll be $250?" and was told yes. I paid $250 so I could address the earache bef... read more

If there were 10 ⭐️ I’d give it to them! My church was at Camp Fimfo with over 70 kids & volunteers! My 7 YO granddaughter was with me and became sick. Very labored breathing & fever. Took her here and it was a blessed experience from the sign in to sign out. I was expecting difficulty getting her treatment because the insurance card is in my son in laws name, not mine.
