All the staff were wonderful. I was in Texas visiting from out-of-town and in terrible pain and they were extremely sensitive and respectful of my feelings and fears due to the circumstances. My primary caregiver, Shane went above and beyond (i.e., he stayed 3 hours late to be with me). He is a keeper. The x-ray/CT tech was also wonderful. So gentle and caring. Overall, when you need an emergent type care, I would highly recommend this group.
The person at the front counter was extremely nice and welcoming. The person who took me to the room was also super nice. Doctor was informative and thorough and non judgemental. As a first time visitor, I had no expectations, but it was nice to be treated with respect by everyone I came in contact with. If need be, I will be back.
The people were nice but I didn't feel like I got the care I needed. They didn't look at the lump under my armpit that I'm concerned about even though when I called last week I was told it wouldn't be a problem for them to look. They only telling me to find a primary care provider (then telling me they didn't know of any accepting new patients), they refused to refill my migraine pills even though the doctors at other urgent cares and even online have never had a problem (i dont havw the money to go to another urgent care ... read more
I was terrified I didn't know what was going on with my body I had some idea but wasn't a doctor so I was scared. I went to this location and man oh man the people staff, nurses, the doctor were all amazing they were what I expect in every setting of Healthcare they are the BAR!!! I was soooo pleased with the help and care provided if I ever have another ER or urgent care need I will be using this location!!! I could not be more satisfied with the time and care this medical team took with me on April 2, 2024. A special shout out and huge thank you to Dr. Jill, who truly cared about my ailment and went above and beyond to find an answer.
